1. Place 3kg of EasiYo Natural, Low Fat Natural or Greek Style Yogurt in a mixing bowl then add 1 litre of clean tap water
2. Add the bag of Mousse Mix to the Yogurt and use a balloon whisk to stir in the mixture, scraping the sides and bottom to ensure a thorough blend.
3. Whisk on high speed for 5 minutes.
4. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
